About Me

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Washington. I have a general adult practice and some of my areas of specialty include: depression and anxiety, addictions, relationship challenges, sex and sexuality, relationship with food, grief and loss, parenting, and perfectionism, to name a few.

My clients include a substantial mix of genders, orientations, ages, relationship statuses, races, and issues they want to address in therapy.

Being a therapist with decades of experience allows me a great deal of insight, compassion, lived experience, intelligence, intuition, humor, and curiosity at my disposal as we delve into the changes you want to make in your life.

I received a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from Cornell University and a Master of Arts (Counseling Psychology) from Antioch University/Seattle. I love learning and continue my study as a lifelong learner.

I have lived in the Seattle area since college and continue to love it here - warts and all. While I was born and raised in New York City, I do love Seattle’s theater and performing arts offerings, food choices, and walking up and down the local hills.
